Blue Marbles

Hi, I’m Natasha and I’m here to help.

I believe that sustainable performance comes from a strong culture, a living strategy and a simple process to deliver success.  All too often when we are in the thick of running a business or a team we aren’t able to afford the time or the energy into stepping back and analysing what needs to be done to save money, make money or solve a problem.

This is where I come in. I specialise in providing tailored support to business owners and corporates.

Philanthropy and sustainability

I am committed to making this world a better place for today and tomorrow.  Philanthropy and sustainability are a part of who I am and what Blue Marbles stands for.  As such I am taking the lead of Marc Benioff the founder of Salesforce and adopting his 1+1+1 model.  The company will donate 1 percent of it’s earnings, 1 percent of it’s products and 1 percent of employee time to charitable causes.

I am committed, and enjoy, finding ways in which we can reduce the impact of our work both in the office and when work takes us away from the office.

It is the policy of Blue Marbles to:

  • Recycle as much waste material as possible

  • Avoid the use of paper wherever possible. For example, sending invoices and quotes via email as PDF files.

  • Recycling equipment that is no longer of use to the company. For example, giving away items such as computers and printers that we no longer use.

  • Keep energy usage low. For example, making use of low energy light bulbs throughout and ensuring that computers are shut down after work.

  • Support businesses who are committed to sustainability

  • Purchase products made with recycled paper. For example, paper towels, printer paper

  • Purchase products with a lower environmental impact. For example environmentally safe soaps and detergents and eliminating the use of products with palm oil.

  • Use low impact transport for travel to and from work and travel for business. For example, we promote the use of public transport to attend meetings and either walk or cycle where practical

  • Avoid unnecessary travel by making use of instant messaging, video and audio conferencing, telephone and email.

Natasha is strategically minded while grounded in a strong desire to engage with people. She communicates well at all levels within an organisation, is an advocate for wellbeing and a champion for diversity. These attributes make her a great manager of people and a truly effective executive.
